CSR Vision & Legislative Context

ANUDIPTI FUTURE FOUNDATION is an eligible implementing agency recognized by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) under Registration Number CSR00000000. We partner with public sector undertakings (PSUs), listed corporations, and multinational enterprises to design, execute, and monitor high-impact Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aligned with national development priorities.

This framework is formulated pursuant to Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014.

Eligible CSR Focus Areas (Schedule VII Alignment)

Our CSR programs strictly fall within the eligible activities enumerated under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013:

  • Item (ii) - Promoting Education & Digital Literacy: Setting up modern computer science laboratories, providing STEM skill training for rural youth, and running remedial tutoring centers for underprivileged children.
  • Item (i) - Eradicating Hunger, Poverty & Healthcare: Organizing community blood donation drives, free medical health checkups, nutritional food distribution, and maternal welfare camps.
  • Item (iii) - Gender Equality & Women Empowerment: Vocational tailoring centers, digital literacy courses for rural women, and POSH awareness campaigns.
  • Item (iv) - Environmental Sustainability: Tree plantation drives, clean water initiatives, and renewable solar lighting projects in rural communities.
  • Item (xii) - Disaster Management: Emergency flood relief, winter blanket distribution, and rehabilitation kits for calamity-affected families.

Fiscal Governance & Fund Utilization Integrity

We maintain full fiscal and statutory accountability for corporate partners:

  • Statutory Compliances: Active Section 8 Licence, 12A registration, 80G tax exemption, MCA CSR-1, and NITI Aayog Darpan portal listing.
  • Fund Utilization Integrity: 100% of project grants are tracked with separate project ledger accounts; administrative overheads comply strictly with MCA caps.
  • Periodic Reporting: Quarterly milestone progress reports, audited fund utilization certificates (UC), and high-resolution photo/video geo-tagged proofs.
  • Third-Party Impact Assessment: Comprehensive baseline and endline evaluations for major CSR programs.
