By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website and digital portals of ANUDIPTI FUTURE FOUNDATION ("Foundation", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("User", "Donor", "Member", or "Volunteer") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Indian statutory laws.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our digital platforms immediately.

ANUDIPTI FUTURE FOUNDATION is an apex non-profit entity incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 (Licence No: 191677, CIN: U88100BR2026NPL087948). The Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, healthcare, digital literacy, and community empowerment purposes. No portion of net earnings inures to the benefit of any individual trustee or member.

• All donations made to the foundation are voluntary contributions towards humanitarian causes.
• Donations are eligible for 50% tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
• Donors seeking Section 80G tax benefit must provide a valid Indian Permanent Account Number (PAN) and postal address as mandated by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) for statutory Form 10BD reporting.
• Digital receipts and 80G certificates generated online are legally valid electronic records.

Registered members, coordinators, and volunteers agree to:

• Uphold the highest standards of integrity, respect, and zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment.
• Never solicit unauthorized personal funds, gifts, or private benefits in the name of the foundation.
• Protect the confidentiality and dignity of underprivileged beneficiaries and students.
• Display valid digital Member ID cards during official field campaigns and community drives.
• Adhere to the foundation's POSH and Child Protection frameworks at all times.

All logos, trademarks, program names ("Anudipti School of Computer Science", "Anudipti Technologies"), educational curricula, photographs, audio-visual materials, and website code are the exclusive intellectual property of ANUDIPTI FUTURE FOUNDATION. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, commercial distribution, or mirroring is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957.

While the foundation exercises reasonable diligence to ensure accuracy and continuous availability of its digital platforms, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Begusarai, Bihar, India.
